Deja Vu

Have not had this fatigue feeling for quite some time. Today it came back to me again.

The familiarity of it all: having to take deep breaths, pinching the area between the eyes, trying to catch a few winks even while riding up the escalators, etc.

Praying that the next few days will not be as draining.
